The Maids Welcomes Its Newest Franchisee!
Congratulations to Lyanna and Wayne (Pete) Smith, the new proud owners of The Maids in NW Austin, located in Round Rock, Texas. Lyanna will be the primary lead for day-to-day operations and brings extensive experience to the team from the pharmaceutical industry where she was Director of Patient Informatics. The Smiths are true entrepreneurs, as Pete and Lyanna also own a pharmaceutical research and consulting business for clinical trials. The two leaders bring a wealth of knowledge in management and business ownership to The Maids, which will serve them well in this newest business venture.
Tell Us About Yourself
Pete and I have two incredible children, Michael and Ashlee. They keep us running from activity to activity, and when we are not growing our business we enjoy family time, hiking, concerts, art, and traveling. We are very fortunate to have found the city of Austin, as it is a perfect home for our family and our many outdoor activities.
Why Did You Select The Maids?
I believe in surrounding yourself with highly motivated people and those who start their own business are some of those I respect the most. My passion is healthy living, and I believe my The Maids business will be a solid vehicle in providing my customers with healthy environments and healthy homes, so they can enjoy the lives they want to live.
