What investment is required to own a The Maids franchise?
The minimum estimated investment starts at $100K, which includes initial investment for equipment and supplies of $30K and minimum year 1 capital investment of $70K for daily to day operations. The Maids may finance up to 100% of the territory investment for qualified candidates, minimum investment for territory is $40K. The Maids’ Smart Start program is focused on minimizing fixed costs in your operation. The Maids franchises can start with a home-based office solution to help scale as they mature. Your mature business can operate in as little as 500-800 square feet, and will serve as the hub of operations, employee recruiting and training, sales, and storage for equipment and supplies.
