OMAHA, Neb. - The Maids was selected as one of the Top 50 Franchises for minorities by the National Minority Franchising Initiative (NMFI).

The NMFI’s Top 50 list was created to acknowledge franchisors who best demonstrate a commitment to the recruitment, inclusion and support of minorities.

To qualify for the list, companies were required to submit information on minority participation (African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic, etc.) among their existing franchised and company-owned units, as well as their minority representation among senior management. 
The NMFI received over 450 responses to this year’s survey.  The list was recently published in the advertorial section of USA Today.
