  • Step three

In this step, you'll go through a Pre-Qualification checklist to determine if we're a good fit. If we are, then we'll work together to get you started with your cleaning franchise and guide you down the path to a successful business.

Starting a Cleaning Business is a Team Effort

Step One - Gather Information
Fill out the quick information request on this page to gain access to our Smart Start Guide, an in-depth information packet that will share our story, and fill you in on some amazing incentives we are offering for you to start your new cleaning franchise this year. One of our seasoned Franchise Consultants will promptly contact you to learn more about you and your goals, and of course, answer your initial questions, help you gather further information, and walk you through the next steps of the Discovery Process.

Step Two - Due Diligence
Now that you’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the brand, it’s all about validating the things you’ve learned. In this due diligence step, you will have the opportunity to speak with key leaders of our organization, franchisees in our network, and may even take us up on an opportunity to visit our corporate office in Omaha, NE. The purpose: determine if a cleaning company franchise is the right choice for you to ultimately achieve your goals.

Step Three - Partner
Once you’ve had the opportunity to gain insight into the business and validate those things as part of your due diligence, you will have reached step 3 of The Maids’ Discovery Process. At this point, it’s decision making time for both of us. Because we’d be entering into this together, it’s our turn to do some homework on you. We will ask you to complete a brief Pre-Qualification checklist to determine fit. Once mutually approved, together we will help you launch your cleaning franchise and become the newest member of The Maids family!
