  • 1) SMART Start Set-up - Every new franchisee starts with up to seven weeks of foundation-based business training, including up to two days visiting a corporate store. This lays the framework for franchise ownership.
  • 2) SMART Start Training - Up to six days of administrative and technical training at The Maids corporate training facility.
  • 3) Power Training - Up to 4 days of on-site training at your new location to train your first team.
  • 4) Sales and Customer Service Training - Web-based, virtual led training with access to a state-of-the-art learning platform
  • 5) Employee Training - Web-based and hands-on training to get your team members prepared to serve and delight customers.
  • 6) Business Coaching - Certified executive business coaches to mentor and support you as you grow your business one customer at a time.
  • 7) Sales Support - Access to The Maids National Call Center five days a week so you can focus on growing your business from the start, while experts handle customer sales calls.
