Jessica Nietzel, sales manager of The Maids of Scottsdale, AZ, talks about what you can expect from your first residential cleaning experience with The Maids:

The first step is an in-home estimate, which gives new customers the chance to meet their sales person, learn about our cleaning system and ask questions. On the day of your first clean you will meet your team leader and team members and be able to watch as they clean your home.

Subsequent visits will start with walk-through by the team leader. After the clean, the team leader does another walk-through to make sure everything is where it belongs.

As Jessica explains in the video, building a trusting relationship is very important to us.

“We like for our customers to not only see what is happening but to have a conversation about what is happening,” she says.
