Nobody cares for my things like I do. That is a common apprehension among homeowners who are considering hiring a cleaning service. Will they take good care of my things? What about my pets? Am I just opening the door to trouble?
We at The Maids understand that your home is your oasis, a personal reflection of yourself and your family, and that inviting in people you don’t know to take care of it seems risky. Working mothers ourselves, we know what it’s like to have to trust someone else to get the job done. That’s why we take extra steps to reassure our clients that their homes are safe with us.
Jessica Nietzel, sales manager of The Maids of Scottsdale, AZ, talks about what you can expect from your first residential cleaning experience with The Maids:
The first step is an in-home estimate, which gives new customers the chance to meet their sales person, learn about our cleaning system and ask questions. On the day of your first clean you will meet your team leader and team members and be able to watch as they clean your home.
Subsequent visits will start with walk-through by the team leader. After the clean, the team leader does another walk-through to make sure everything is where it belongs.
As Jessica explains in the video, building a trusting relationship is very important to us.
“We like for our customers to not only see what is happening but to have a conversation about what is happening,” she says.
Whether you are a working single mom, elderly widow or simply living an active lifestyle, cleaning can become a daunting task. Having someone else come and do it for you can be equally daunting, until you meet our team.
Getting to know the people coming in and out of your home is essential. It is important to us that our clients have strong relationships with their team from The Maids and that they leave the cleaning — and their worries — at the door.
