This past weekend, the 2012 Growth Summit took place in Omaha, NE. This event provided franchise owners with the opportunity to learn the industry’s best practices and network with their peers. Just like in previous years, the 2012 Growth Summit didn’t disappoint. With a dynamic roster of speakers including Michael Coburn, Director of Customer Service from Nestlé USA and Jennifer Rinderle, Hospitality and Service Design Manager at Chick-fil-A, the Growth Summit also included lots of laughs and conversation. Karen’s pink team has been very accomadating every visit. Even with new girls on the team… they adjust to things I would like changed or done. I look forward to their visit. My shower head doesnot hit me in the face for they remember to turn it to the wall after each clean. Thank you girls and Karen who is always cheerful. Erica is the best also.
