Team One from The Maids of Baton Rouge, La., owned by franchisees Dean and Charlotte Blanchard, was recognized as a 2013 Regional Team of the Year at The Maids Annual Growth Summit held recently in Omaha, Neb. Team One was selected in part for their top scores in customer survey results, consistently outshining other teams in scores for customer satisfaction, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Team One is led by team leader, Jennifer Easter, who has been with the franchise since 2006 and sets an example for her peers beginning the minute she walks through the door.  Jennifer’s daughter, Kayla Owens, serves as the assistant team leader and has also been with the franchise since 2006. Elizabeth Espinoza and Araceli Ramos round out this powerhouse team. Espinoza has been serving customers since 2011 and Ramos joined in 2009.

“This team is often found helping out each other as well as other teams,” Jamie Blanchard, manager of The Maids of Baton Rouge, explains. “They know how to impress their customers and go above and beyond expectations to help out whenever possible.”
