Team Two of The Maids Johnson County, Kan., owned by franchisee Mark Ramsey, was recognized as a 2013 Regional Team of the Year at The Maids Annual Growth Summit held recently in Omaha, Neb. Team Two was selected in part for their top scores in customer survey results, consistently outshining other teams in scores for customer satisfaction, cleanliness and attention to detail.

“This team goes out of the way to meet and exceed customer expectations,” explains manager Ron Schmidt. “We get referrals from customers who have this team and cannot brag enough about the quality of their work. I often joke that I’d like to clone this team.”

Team Twos is led by Alva Chavez along with assistant team leader, Genoveva Fabian.  This exceptional team is rounded out by members Karina Vallecillo and Maricela Gutierrez. The team consistently maintains high customer satisfaction rates and is sought after by customers in the service area.
