The ladies were very professional and thorough. I had not been cleaned since before Christmas due to my work schedule and cleaning dates available. My house was particularly dusty and cobwebs. The girl who was the dusting person (mez) was particularly diligent and got dust and cobwebs off of my Popcorn ceiling which was a chore in itself. My Gas range top and microwave sparkled. The rest of my home was equally cleaned and I was very happy with the finished job. Thanks!

I was thrilled with how well this team cleaned. they cleaned thoroughly and did some things I didnt expect. On a scale of 1-10, Id give them a 20. I was most impressed with the thorough kitchen cleaning. I will sign up for regular cleanings.

The Maids always arrive as scheduled, the customer service team in the office and the cleaners are always polite and professional, and the cleaning is done very well.

The gals have been cleaning my house monthly for 3 1/2 years. They are always polite, ask for and listen to special requests, and Ive always been very pleased with the results. All the gals have met, or heard about, my household companion -- Prince is a 110 lb. Super Storm Sandy rescue Doberman. He considers all the gals to be his Princesses and is always excited to see them, giving them licks & kisses while being petted. After we re-enter the house, and I go over any details with the Team Leader, Prince & I take a 45-minute walk, weather permitting, or sit out on our Patio-Enclosed deck until the gals are finished. In sum, I feel that The Maids and I have an excellent, trusting relationship -- life is good.

He considers all the gals to be his Princesses, and they treat him accordingly. The gals know my home and what has to be done, and Prince & I either take a walk or sit on a couch in the basement to keep out of their way. I have recommended The Maids to friends, and at least one is now using them too.
