This was only my first cleaning with The Maids, but my first impressions were very good. I was pleased with the overall cleaning of our home, and look forward to the same quality care in the future.

Your customer service is awesome. They are always ready to make things right. They are all professional but so friendly at the same time. Anytime I have I have a comment good or bad their attitude is always the same...always so grateful for my feed back. I have never done a survey for a team but I had to today to let you know how happy I am. I am always happy, but today I was extremely happy :) Today when I came home our home smelled so good! I noticed all the efforts the team made. There were a few things I was going to mention and they caught it. I love that! Thank you

I like there is a team that comes in and knocks it out and that there is a consistent team leader.
