David Ryan recently opened The Maids, a residential cleaning franchise that specializes in cleaning for health. The new franchise is located at 6898 N Franklin Street in Loveland, Colo., and provides service to the communities in Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor.  Although already in Denver, this is the first The Maids franchise to serve the Fort Collins area. 

Before purchasing a The Maids franchise, Ryan successfully owned and operated a machine shop for 20 years, and spent seven years as a real estate agent in California. “I’m truly excited to bring all of the experience I’ve gained from owning a business to The Maids” shares Ryan. “Also, I think the extensive training I went through while I was a real estate agent will be very beneficial.”

Ryan will focus on providing the best possible service, making sure to surpass customers’ expectations.  “We will always strive to find out what our customers need, and our quality of service will be second to none,” explains Ryan. 
The Maids of Fort Collins will be a family business, as Ryan’s daughters, Lisa and Lori, will play integral roles as team leader and field manager.
