We are very happy with both the level of service and the people who provide that service. They are friendly AND competent in their work. They have been on time, completed their tasks, and met every request we ask of them with a friendly attitude!

The Maids always arrive on time, do a good job, and do everything in a timely manner. They clean better than other maid services Ive had in the past. Only constructive criticism I can offer is that every now and then small things get missed, i.e. cleaning the top of the refrigerator as in my cleaning yesterday.

Always do a great job. They work with me when I have to change days because of travel. Always on time. My dog loves them too!!!

The 4 women (Team Pink: Kelli, Ashley, Latoya, and Christl(?)) that cleaned my home today were wonderful. They were all extremely personable, kind, and hardworking. They made sure to explain what they were doing, ask questions before throwing anything away, and generally kept me in the loop during the deep clean process. They were also incredibly hardworking and got the job done quick!

Have used in a different location in the past and was very satisfied. Was able to set up a schedule where you come the same day and time every two weeks. The crew comes, they take care of everything efficiently and work around me while I sit and work at my dining room table. If I have a conflict on a cleaning date, I am able to skip that date and sill have my next scheduled cleaning. The team that did my initial cleaning is the same crew that does the routine cleaning.

The Red Team was here today, with the leader Madeline and. Kendra, Temaka, and Lashara. They all did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the cleaning.

They team arrived on time and did exactly what they said! All baseboard cleaned, all hidden corners cleaned and some stains that I never thought would come out did! They did an excellent job!

The business is run very professionally. The cleaning staff were also professional and friendly. They very much wanted to ensure the cleaning was done to my satisfaction. I rated the service as a 9 since it was their first time at my house. If this level of service continues, they will certainly be rated a 10 next time.

Occasionally, but very infrequently, an item may be broken during cleaning. I really appreciate the fact that when this happens the team will let me know what happened. They dont try to hide it or leave it for me to find later. This is a very positive thing to me! Please thank Kam for her note of the other day. And tell her she has beautiful handwriting!

Danielle! Danielle is amazing! She is into details and will call me (she did today as she has done in the past) and ask me if I need for her to do my downstairs or office! Can you imagine that? She is very diligent, always positive and enthusiastic and leaves my home always looking PERFECT! Danielle is ONE IN A MILLION! She is the only one I want to be here always! She ROCKS!

The girls are great communicators and let me know if something needs to be taken care of-leak, lightbulb out etc
