I am very pleased with this initial cleaning as Im sure it did take some time. But I noticed the office on the 1st floor was left untouched. not sure why.

We had a few complaints and the manager came on site to follow up to ensure they followed up and cleaned all areas.

I had the pleasure of having this company/ The Maids clean my home. Im at an age where things are getting harder and difficult to reach such cleaning the bath tub, dusting, and floors, things I use to do for myself seems to be a thing of the pass. Its good to put your home in trusted hands and to fill comfortable when returning home. Bedding is change/ carpet clean, bathroom, kitchen and most of all my hardwood floors look GREAT!!

This was my first time having my house cleaned by The Maids. This was the 2nd time Ive ever had my house cleaned - ever. I did not know what to expect. I was so pleased. I was working from home while everything was happening...and the women all worked together. The rooms were so nicely tidied up and vaccuumed, the bathrooms were scrubbed - the kitchen looked great. If the service will always be as good as it was today (for my first cleaning), I will tell EVERYONE how great this service is.
