Team One of The Maids of Frederick and Northern Montgomery Counties in Maryland, owned by franchisee Remo Molino, was recognized as a 2013 Regional Team of the Year at The Maids Annual Growth Summit held recently in Omaha, Neb. Team One was selected in part for their top scores in customer survey results, consistently outshining other teams in scores for customer satisfaction, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Team One is led by Maria Hernanadez who has been with the franchise since 2006 and was recently promoted to field manager.  Supporting her on this team is Carmen Ortiz who serves as the assistant team leader and Sofia Garcia who has been a team member since 2012.

“This team has an incredible eye for detail,” explains Nick Torres, operations manager at the franchise. “They’re friendly and hardworking and this comes through in their passion for their work.”  

The team is sought after by customers who often request them when booking services, with some even joking that they’d consider moving in order to be serviced by this team.
