The Maids of Cincinnati Under New Ownership
Terry Sanderson of Loveland, Ohio, recently purchased The Maids, the residential cleaning franchise that specializes in cleaning for health, located at 1830 Sherman Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Before purchasing The Maids of Cincinnati, which has been in business for 10 years, Sanderson most recently worked for Henry Company as the vice president of commercial products and systems. Before that, he led sales and business management teams spanning 21 years in various U.S. regions with Owen Corning.
After years of working in corporate leadership, Sanderson was interested in running his own business but wanted something that was already established.
"I wanted something that had a great reputation, good customers and potential for growth," he said. "I'm very excited about this opportunity. I'm especially looking forward to running my own franchise, growing the business and spending more time with my family."
The Maids is the only residential cleaning franchise to clean for health using the company's exclusive 22-Step Healthy Touch® Deep Cleaning System. This unique cleaning method provides customers with cleaner, healthier homes through the use of environmentally preferable cleaning products and state-of-the-art equipment, including their patented Back Pack Vacs with HEPA filtration that can capture up to 99 percent of all dust, allergens, bacteria, pet dander, pollen and other pollutants.
