Team Four of The Maids of Hamilton County, Ind., owned by franchisee Ron Graf, was recognized as the 2013 National Team of the Year at The Maids Annual Growth Summit held recently in Omaha, Neb. The award is given to only one team throughout the entire franchise system of The Maids, which includes more than 800 teams. Team Four was selected in part for their top scores in customer survey results, consistently outshining other teams in scores for customer satisfaction, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Team Four is led by team leader, Michelle Frye.  Michelle is a veteran of 17 years with the franchise, and started shortly after the office opened their doors in 1997. Assistant team leader, Maria Romo, joined in October of 2007. And finally, rounding out this team is Lisa Pinnick, who joined in October of 2012, and, who in part to her excellent performance was promoted to leader of a new team earlier this year.  

“This team has a unique approach to developing a relationship with a customer,” Graf explains. “They have a knack for getting to know their customers and they’re totally committed to each other.”

According to Frye, she’s simply honored to be able to be a part of a positive group of people. “We aren’t doing anything groundbreaking,” she explains. “We help each other out, we depend on each other and we go into each home with the same goal in mind – to make that customer’s life easier.”
