VP of Innovation: Laura Handrick

Laura Handrick joined us in October 2006 as Director of Training. She was promoted to Vice President of Innovation in July 2007. From 1999 to 1996, Ms. Handrick served in several key roles at ConAgra Foods including Director of Organizational Development, Director of Change Leadership and Training and Communication Manager. She was a project manager for Mutual of Omaha from 1997 to 1999. From 1994 to 1997, she was with Pamida, Inc. as the HR Manager focusing on customer relations, training and communication. Ms. Handrick is a 20-year veteran of business training, communications and change management. Ms. Handrick received a master’s degree in instructional technology and a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Diego State University.  She served on the international conference planning board for the American Society for Training and Development and has presented at numerous national conferences in education and learning. Her expertise has helped several Fortune 500 organizations with website portal development, electronic performance support, e-learning, knowledge management and video production. She is the recipient of three international Telly awards and has recently contributed a case study to the book First Things Fast, by Dr. Allison Rossett.
