Executive VP of Operations: Daniel F. Kirwan

Mr. Kirwan joined us in January 2001, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer on April 12, 2002. He was promoted to his current position on January 1, 2003. Mr. Kirwan has been a member of our Board of Directors since November 2002. From October 2000 to January 2001, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Diversified Financial Services, a national leasing and insurance company based in Omaha, Nebraska. From June 1998 to October 2000, Mr. Kirwan was Chief Financial Officer for Washington County Bank, a subsidiary of Lauritzen Corporation, located in Blair, Nebraska. From June 1986 to June 1998, he was Vice President/Controller for Security National Corporation located in Sioux City, Iowa. He has his Master's Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
