President and Chief Executive Officer: Daniel J. Bishop

Mr. Bishop founded The Maids International, Inc., on October 9, 1979. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and has served as a Director since our founding. In 1959, Mr. Bishop founded Bishop Building Services, Inc., located in Omaha, Nebraska, and he continues to serve as a Director for that organization. In 1970, he founded American Security Services, Inc., in Omaha, Nebraska, and he continues to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer for its regional operations. Mr. Bishop was a Charter Member of Building Services Contractors Association and served on the Board of Directors from 1969 to 1971, served as an Executive Officer of the Association from 1972 to 1976, and as its President from 1976 to 1977. Mr. Bishop is a Director of the World Federation of Building Service Contractors representing the United States Building Services Contractors Association International and is a Certified Building Service Executive.
