THE MAIDS’ three to four member professional cleaning team arrives in our yellow The Maids car, fully equipped and ready to work. Working in teams ensures dependability and reliability. All employees are in uniform and are trained to perform their job functions.
A working Team Leader is in charge of each team. Your Team Leader will be in a blue Team Leader shirt. THE MAIDS pays all employment taxes and is bonded and insured.
THE MAIDS has a very thorough screening process which includes:
· Criminal Background Checks
· Random Drug Testing
· Extensive personal and employment reference checks
Because we feel it is important to start the day off right, THE MAIDS provides all employees with a Healthy Touch® breakfast. All employees are offered medical insurance, as well as other insurances and participation in the company 401K.
