In 2007, Hank and Maria Williamson purchased the franchise rights to expand The Maids to the Piedmont Triad market  that includes Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Burlington, Whitsett, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, Kernersville, Winston Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville, and surrounding areas. The Williamsons were attracted to The Maids because of its position as the industry leader in quality, healthy home cleaning, its proven successful business model, and excellence in the leadership team.

Hank Williamson has extensive senior level management experience in sales, customer service and operations with premier companies including Pier 1 Imports, where he served as vice president of sales and store operations for many years, and Bassett Furniture Industries, where he served as vice president of corporate retail and retail operations.

Maria Williamson is co-founder and will assist in the management of the company. In addition to her primary responsibilities in parenting and homemaker, she was co-owner of Papel Express, a fine stationary company based in Fort Worth, Texas and for many years taught Spanish at the middle school level.
