Hello, I’m Remo Molino, owner of The Maids Home Services. I believe that having a clean, well organized home contributes to your good health and happiness. I’ve always had a reputation as the “Mr. Clean” in the family. Growing up, I helped my mother clean our home and I always kept my toys tidy – even as a young child! In college, I got a lot of ribbing from the guys for vacuuming our dorm room and even shining the hardware on my furniture. But I really enjoyed having a nice environment.
After earning my Bachelor of Arts degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, I worked in sales and management, but I knew I wasn’t living my passion. When my own need for a high quality home cleaning service could not be met by other local cleaning companies, I knew what business I needed to start. My friends and family were not surprised when I decided to live my lifelong dream of owning my own business as a The Maids Home Services franchise owner. I know first hand from my own busy family – my working wife, Elizabeth, our four children, Erica, Elyssa, Ryan and Emily and our pets – Splinters the dog and Abby the cat - how worthwhile it is to have a professional cleaning service. The Maids adds cleanliness and order to our lives and gives us more time to enjoy being a family. I’m committed to providing you with the same service.
In addition to my dedication to my family, as a business owner, I understand my responsibility to improve the communities in which we service. Because of our desire to help, we are highly involved in the community, including a partnership with Goodwill Industries of Frederick. You may have read about our community involvement and our environmentally/drought-friendly cleaning practices in the Frederick News-Post. We have been recognized for our achievements within our franchise community and have received The President's Club Award from our parent company, The Maids International, on multiple occasions, and just last year, we were featured in Fortune Small Business Magazine!
